The cryogenically heat treated Elmax powder steel blade gives this ultralight EDC folder exceptional performance and durability. The front part of the blade is equipped with today's classic ANV svedge grind and its surface is protected by an extremely durable DLC coating.
The ANV button, suitable for both right-handers and left-handers, combines the advantages of a thumb stud with the comfort of a hole in the blade. The center of the opening button is indexed with ANV Lumidot made from Swiss superluminova.
Durable and smooth A-lock combines ambidextrousness with safety. It can be operated with gloves and is marked with a red contrasting index. Thanks to the super secure A lock, you will never doubt your A100.
The extremely durable polymer ULTEM gives the A100 handles the strength they need while maintaining incredibly low weight. The whole knife weighs only 72g. The surface of the handle is textured with fluting, which provides a secure grip, looks great and does not interfere with sliding into the pocket. Thanks to the overall 3D profiling, the A100 handle fits perfectly in the hand and makes a very low profile.
In the back the handle is held by an ultra light and very strong GRN polymer floating back spacer, which improves overall ergonomics and gives the assembly a dynamic appearance. The end of the spacer is equipped with a lanyard hole, which is elegantly hidden between the handles.
