Shareholders of company ANV Knives s.r.o. are  Mr. Ondřej Němec, Mr. Daniel Mikula and Mr. Jindřich Prokopec.
Mr. Mikula and  Mr. Prokopec are Directors of the company and are authorized to act on behalf of ANV Knives s.r.o.  independently in all matters.
