When designing the M500ANTHROPOID knife, we had respectfully explored the original proposal of the FS knife. We had always found its indisputable contour and spooky functionality very impressive. That is why we eventually decided to combine this iconic motif with our full tang design, used for the other models of the Military line, and came up with a modern tribute to the original heroic deeds.

We furnished the massive 6-mm thick blade made of ELMAX powder steel with a DLC coat. We have made the shield from a single piece of massive, stainless steel, thus creating a completely safe grip. This is amended by a machined 3D handle made of G10, furnished with an aggressive structure and indentation along the perimeter. Thanks to this combination, you will always have your M500 fully under control. Furthermore, we added a sharp spike to the handle base for breaking everything that needs to be broken. Comfortable wearing and the possibility to immediately draw the knife are ensured by a self-locking Kydex sheath, which is additionally equipped with MOLLE SYSTEM clips. Thanks to these clips, you can easily mount your M500 to your belt, backpack, or vest. Moreover, since M500 is symmetric, you can slide it in the sheath in both ways.

Importantly, due to its blades massive 6mm thickness, the blade grind angle is optimized for maximum penetration and toughness, not for cutting!
